Post a property profile of your home to sell, & post your profile of your dream home to buy. Next, let us find your home to buy and your buyer all at once. Don't worry if you don't find your perfect MATCH on the first try; our system will continue to sort and search for you while you are away. We may just find you perfect home and buyer while you're sleeping tonight.
- What does CaliforniaHomeTrading.com consider a MATCH?
At CaliforniaHomeTrading.com a match occurs when a party is found that is selling a house that meets your needs and is also looking for a house that is like the one you are selling and vise versa.
- How will I be Notified of my matches?
You can log onto your member profile as often as you want to view your most recent Matches. We also have an assignment of Licensed Real Estate Agents available to assist you throughout the state of California, with real estate questions, and immediate assistance in coordinating any MATCHES that you would like to take to an immediate escrow. Once your Matches are formulated, just click on the "Match Maker" button next to your desired Match for immediate assistance to take that Match to a possible escrow.
- How much will this cost me?
Access to our site is absolutely FREE. You're welcome to post as many property profiles for as many homes or commercial properties as you would like. IF you choose to engage any of your MATCHES into an official escrow (i.e. selling your home and purchase of your match); one of our assigned License Agents will assist you with your traditional real estate transaction, whereby applicable market rate real estate fees will apply to your transactions.
- Is this a 1031 Exchange?
No. Our system works to find you a simultaneous buyer/seller traditional real estate transaction that Matches your desires with that of another. Your home to sell is the perfect Dream Home for your Match, and their home is a perfect Match for your Dream Home to Buy. Let our proprietary software assist you in your search for your perfect Real Estate Match.
- Can you trade multiple properties for one?
YES – You're FREE to post as many profiles as you would like.
- How long does my Member Property Profile Remain on your site?
With your private username and password, you're in complete control of your property profile information. Profiles will become "not available" once an actual purchase has been completed; and will be removed within 90 days of your purchase.
- What if my house is currently already listed on the MLS by a Match Maker?
No problem, CaliforniaHomeTrading.com is an excellent complement to any marketing plan your Match Maker has put together. If a Match is found by your Match Maker, they will continue to represent your listing side of the transaction, and our assigned Match Makers will represent the Buyers.
- Will my contact information ever be given out to anyone that I have a match with?
No. Once your Matches are formulated, you will be able to simply click on the "Match Maker" button next to your desired Match for immediate assistance to coordinate the parties and take the necessary steps to take that Match to a possible escrow.
